I hereby hold harmless Latec Machine Control and all their deemed agents against any claims related to this shipment. The recipient must submit all claims, for loss or damage, to the shipping carrier that was responsible for the transportation of the shipment. Latec Machine Control will assist with the claim process by providing any necessary available information. Since it is impossible for Latec Machine Control to control how items are handled after leaving our facility, this form releases Latec Machine Control of any liability for damage or loss incurred during the shipment process.
